Vivian Okeke is an Ambassadorial nominee from Anambra. The beautiful woman shocked Nigerians as she couldn't recite the national anthem and pledge during her screening. Another man also could not recite, but many were surprise in her case because she look like a sophisticated woman. Sigh!
