Pictured above is a man identified as Abraham Roberts who shared on his social media page -a photo of his former massive self from three years ago alongside his recent picture.
He wrote:
"What better day to rise, shine and give God the glory! Three years ago today I took drastic steps to improve my health. 250 lbs lost. No more blood pressure meds, back pain, or breathing machines. Still not perfect but yet making progress. The journey continues..."
It took him three years to achieve this and it goes to show us that there is no short cut to success. We have to SWEAT to eat sweet.
