Would You Marry Your Brothers Wife All In The Name Of Culture?

I was discussing with a colleague today in the
office, and he told me that his culture allows
him to marry his brother's wife in eventuality
of death. i really find this culture disgusting.
now my question to the men is, would you
marry your brother's wife? and to the women,
would you allow your husband's brother to
continue from where your husband stopped?
