A man has been left shell-shocked after spotting this type of fish on his way back home. The 'confused' man, Onyekwere James who lives in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital shared photos of the animal and wrote; Saw this on my way back, they said it is a fish, please what is the name of this fish, Who knows?
