African Management Services Company (AMSCO) and Franco Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and industries (FNCCI) are not relenting in their effort to providing companies and most especially SMEs good business atmosphere by checking in to all conditions that could elevate the said firms in to the limelight.
These duo in a partnership due to common interest therefore had a meeting tagged EASE which is targeted at discussing how companies and SMEs can Engage, Align, Strategies and Execute in their business to catapult them in to successes by focusing on their human capital.
The meeting which was held at intercontinental Lagos, 30th of May 2017 attracted the interest of MDs, CEOs and great business owners who have interest in the growth of their firm, more so it recorded the presence of more members of the Chambers and AMSCO.

The welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Laurent POLONCEAUX, the Consul General, French Consulate, Nigeria where he welcomed the partnership between the Chamber and AMSCO more also used the opportunity to congratulate Nigeria on her Independence celebration. In his words "Democracy and business nurture each other, therefore it will be wise not to take democracy for granted".

Mr moses Umoru, the General Manager Franco Chamber of Commerce and industries also examined an overview of their partnership with AMSCO, solution and benefits and ended his speech by saying " Let's make sense out of the most valuable resources which is human Capita.l"

During his presentation as the first speaker, Wikus van Vuuren, the managing Director HR Advisory services AMSCO also spoke about how companies could thrive during recession with several illustrations and examples of how south Africa have been escaping recession so far. In his speech he also said “Human Resource challenges most especially at recession and that organizations change when enough individuals in the organization have changed."

Imaobong Amechi, Accounts Manager, Anglophone West Africa, AMSCO ably represented by Eno Obong Amelia, Head of Operations Anglophone also presented about AMSCO Bespoke human capital solution, their achievements so far in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan region mentioning their ATMS project and working with FNCCI.

There was also a panel session which consist of Wikus van Vuuren- Managing Director HR Advisory Services AMSCO, Imaobong Amechi -Accounts Manager Anglophone west Africa AMSCO , Kim Miller- Training and development manager AMSCO and Moses Umoru - General Manager Franco Chamber of commerce and industries. Here various questions about effort of AMSCO and FNCCI to making sure that firms get access to support most especially SMEs that does not the process and procedures required to access support.
