The moment Kim Kardashian received the call telling her Kanye West was hospitalized following a mental health breakdown  was aired on Sunday's episode of the family's reality show.

The reality star, who had just arrived in New York for an event to honor her late father, received a phone call from one of Kanye's friends as she sat in the hotel with Kourtney and her mother Kris Jenner.

Kim, who had been out of the public eye since the Paris robbery, was visibly shocked as she listened to what her husband's friend had to say.
