A Nigerian asylum seeker in Italy, Emmanuel Chidi Nnamdi, has died after he was brutally attacked in the city of Fermo, situated in the central region of Marche in Italy.
Chidi Nnamdi reportedly died on Wednesday after being left in an irreversible coma.
One thing led to another and he was beaten to death with a ripped out road sign pole by an unamed violent football fan in Fermo, while defending his 24-year-old partner, simply identified as Chinyere.
Nnamdi had fled Nigeria with Chinyere for "fear Boko Haram terrorists" in the North East. RIP!
